Make sure someone in your group brings a hardcopy of your group's name, logo and mission statement to class.
We will be meeting our clients this week and I want you to think about how you question clients for information. Please look at the problem statement (for Case Study 2) I handed out on Thursday. If you didn't end up with the hard copy, it is on the CD at the back of your book. Look under Projects & Cases to find Case Study 2 Introduction.doc. Given only this information, make a list of the questions you would ask to find out more about the problem as well as who in the organization might be the best person to ask this question. You should be able to come up with at least 10 questions.
